The first department every founder touches. They receive applications, conduct initial evaluation, manage the screening pipeline, and decide which founders move to the Discovery Call.

Head: General Counsel

Handles all legal documentation, company formation, regulatory registrations, and compliance. Every portfolio company's legal backbone runs through this department.
